Among the projects that currently make up the assets managed and developed by ISJ are:
**SUPERMARKET , MIXCO:** This Property has an area of 1325 m2, built and leased to a supermarket.
**PLAZA EL CAMINERO, MIXCO:** On the banks of El Caminero Boulevard, this property was developed for Grupo Tecniscan and has a construction area of 450 m2 of construction.
**PLAZA SAN RAFAEL, ZONE 18:** This property is located in one of the main access roads to the population of Zone 18. The tenants that operate within the property are Pollo Campero and Gasolinera Shell.
**PLAZA SAN JOSÉ NORTE, ZONE 18:** Located on the banks of San Rafael Boulevard, this property was recently acquired. The project is under construction, and is being developed for leasing to, Grupo Tecniscan and TecnoFacil of Grupo Distelsa.
**PLAZA SAN JOSÉ MINERVA, XELA:** Located at the roundabout in front of the Minerva Temple of Xela, this property was recently acquired and is under construction. It is being developed for leasing to TecnoFacil of Grupo Distelsa.
